Paul Perreault is a strategic advisor and leadership consultant, executive mentor, public speaker and a published author. Paul specializes in Biotechnology, Pharmaceutical, MedTech and CDMO companies.
After decades of navigating high-pressure leadership roles, Paul now advises leaders and organizations on strategy, sustainable growth, and building healthier cultures. Paul currently serves as Chairman of the Board for Corden Pharma, Chairman of Enzle Analytics, and a board member for Orna Therapeutics.
A LEGACY OF Global Impact
In September of 2023, Paul completed his role as Strategic Advisor for CSL Ltd, after ending a decade-long tenure as Chief Executive Officer and Managing Director. Under his leadership, CSL tripled its global workforce, growing into one of the world’s largest biotech companies. While working to expand the CSL footprint, Paul also led the fostering of a dynamic portfolio of life-saving medicines that include treatments for hemophilia and immune deficiencies, vaccines to prevent influenza, and therapies in iron deficiency and nephrology.
Paul’s impact has been recognized globally. In 2016, Paul was awarded Healthcare CEO of the Year from the Philadelphia Alliance for Capital and Technologies. In 2017, the Australian Financial Review named Paul its 2017 CEO of the Year. In 2018, Paul was named one of the Philadelphia Business Journal’s Most Admired CEOs and “Humanitarian Man of the Year” by the Hemophilia Association of New Jersey. Paul was also voted the Business Daily’s 2019 CEO of the Year. Business Daily is published in Australian daily newspapers the Herald Sun and the Daily Telegraph, and syndicated across the country. Additionally, in 2019, Harvard Business Review named him one of the world’s best-performing CEOs, citing not only financial performance but also his commitment to environmental, social, and governance goals. In 2023, Paul’s achievements as a longtime leader of Pennsylvania’s biotech industry were recognized by Life Sciences PA with its prestigious Hubert J.P. Schoemaker Leadership Award.
