Paul Perreault is a strategic advisor and leadership consultant, executive mentor, public speaker and a published author, specialising in Biotechnology, Pharmaceutical, MedTech and CDMO companies.
After decades of navigating high-pressure leadership roles, Paul now advises leaders and organizations on strategy, sustainable growth, and building healthier cultures. He currently serves as Chairman of the Board for Corden Pharma, Chairman of Enzle Analytics, and a board member for Orna Therapeutics.
A legacy of global impact
In September of 2023, Paul completed his role as Strategic Advisor for CSL Ltd, after ending a decade-long tenure as Chief Executive Officer and Managing Director. Under his leadership, CSL tripled its global workforce, growing into one of the world’s largest biotech companies. While working to expand the CSL footprint, Paul also led the fostering of a dynamic portfolio of life-saving medicines that include treatments for hemophilia and immune deficiencies, vaccines to prevent influenza, and therapies in iron deficiency and nephrology.
